The keyboard in the top picture is most definitely mismatched for this terminal, compared to the examples below.
Note that, compared to below examples of REAL IBM 3277 terminals, the CRT display above is different dimensions than the original. This leads us to believe that Universal Studios did a "swap trick" where they gutted the original CRT and inserted a slightly smaller "modern" (1982-era) video display and fed it a composite video feed for special effects.
And yes, it had a light pen, too!
